The Level 4–5 Extended Diploma in Teacher Training at London Gate College is a 240-credit Ofqual-regulated qualification, equal to the first two years of a bachelor’s degree. Entry Requirements

Programme Structure and Modules

The diploma is divided into two stages. The Level 4 Diploma is equal to the first year of a degree and includes 10 modules with 10 written assignments. The Level 5 Diploma is equal to the second year and includes 10 modules with 8 written assignments. Each module has around 40 guided learning hours plus 30–50 hours of optional study. The curriculum combines theory and practice, providing both foundational and advanced knowledge of teaching and education.
